Warranty
Cables, connectors and passive speakers carry three years. Electronics carry one year. The full table is below, and the terms are Kasper’s own.

Cables, Connectors, Passive Speakers (In-Ceiling, In-Wall, Line Arrays, Subwoofers) and Active Speaker Drivers carry 3 years warranty. Electronics (Amplifiers, Processors, Streamers, Active Speaker/Subwoofer Amp Boards) carry 1 year warranty.
Terms and conditions
- Authorized Purchase. Warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized dealers.
- Proper Operation. Warranty is applicable only when operated within specified guidelines and power ratings.
- Speaker Warranty Exclusions. Voice coil burn, speaker cone damage, surround deterioration, or any damage caused by excessive power, clipping, DC voltage, or incorrect impedance matching is NOT covered under warranty.
- Mishandling & Physical Damage. Speakers damaged due to dropping, impact, water exposure, moisture, improper mounting, or physical mishandling are NOT covered.
- Amplifier Mismatch. Damage caused by using amplifiers with excessive power output, incompatible impedance, or unstable power supply is NOT covered.
- Installation Related. Damage during installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, or improper connections voids the warranty.
- Non-Transferable. Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Proof Required. Original invoice must be produced for any warranty claim.
What is covered
The warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in cables and connectors
- Internal electronic components in amplifiers and processors
- Speaker drivers (woofer/tweeter) in passive speakers
- Amplifier modules in powered subwoofers
- Power supplies and circuit boards
- Manufacturing defects in enclosures
Does not cover
- Voice coil burn or thermal damage due to overpowering, clipping, or distorted signals
- Speaker cone damage, tears, punctures, or surround deterioration
- Damage from DC voltage, incorrect impedance, or amplifier mismatch
- Physical damage, drops, impacts, mishandling, crushed grilles, broken terminals
- Water damage, moisture exposure, humidity, condensation, or corrosion
- Improper mounting, installation errors, loose connections, or reverse polarity
- Burnt components, short circuits, or overload in amplifiers and electronics
- Electrical surges, unstable power supply, lightning strikes, or grounding issues
- Cable damage from cuts, breaks, crushing, or connector damage
- Commercial or outdoor use (unless product is specifically rated for such use)
- Modification, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or opening sealed enclosures
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, discoloration, or scratches
- Products with missing, altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers or labels
